My expertise range from Architecting the Employee Relations environment and Implementation of a Transformation Strategy to perform duties in formal discussions with organised labour, influencing the labour relations climate, advise on resolution of disputes, litigation issues-representing the company at the CCMA, arbitration and liaison with legal representatives, maintain effective case management and act as liaison between Management and Union Representatives. I have been exposed to Specialized on bargaining council negotiations, Wage negotiations, Dispute resolution, Ccma, workplace forum, Collective bargaining, Employment Equity as a section 24 manager and Nurture relationship with Trade unions.
